Annual Fundraising Event
Through the gift of art, Liberated Arts Foundation hosts the Liberated Flow Charity Art Gala. Each year, the gala benefits and focuses on a local nonprofit organization that aligns with the Foundations core areas of giving - education and health. A portion of art sales and event proceeds is donated to the chosen organization.
2024 Gala
Our 2024 art gala, "Threads of Humanity: The Art of Survival" highlighted the strength and dignity of individuals who are housed and unhoused while reminding us of our shared humanity. Art remains on display at the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia and is available for purchase.
2022 Gala
Unmasking Mental Health
The December 2022 event focused on Unmasking Mental Health with a well curated art show that depicted the struggles and triumphs of those who are unable to manage their mental health or have a mental illness. The 2022 beneficiary was St. Luke Legacy Center in Richmond, VA.
